Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand! Whether you're in a bustling city or a cozy town, we'll make sure your photo magnets find their way to you.

Not in AUS or NZ? Stay tunes - we're hoping to expand our shipping zones in the near future. Be sure to join our mailing list to hear when we do!

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

All orders are processed through Australia Post with fulfilment time typically within 1-3 business days (please allow a little extra time during busy gifting periods).

If you need your order completed urgently, please let us know when you place your order - we'll always do our best to accommodate where we can!

Our shipping rates in Australia are:

Standard shipping: $10

Express shipping: $14

Mini magnet set shipping: $3

Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery times and handling are unfortunately out of our control - but rest assured, we pack every order with love and care to help it arrive safely.

What is the return and refund policy?

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do.

If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to discuss further. We would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to resolve or refund your order.

Products required to be returned to MagnePix-it for review will be at the cost to MagnePix-it.

I have placed my order, can I modify it?

Unfortunately, as the magnets are a personalised product, orders cannot be changed once placed as production of your order may have already commenced.

Can I preview my images before placing my order?

Yes, you can preview, edit and crop your images during the ordering process on our website. We strongly advise that you do so
with every image to ensure that your image fits well within the magnet space and it orientated correctly (for rectangle magnets)

How do I place an order?

To order custom magnets from MagnePix-it, simply select the product from our range of magnet sets, upload your images, follow
the prompts on our website to customise and finalise your images and proceed to
checkout.

What are the best photos to upload?

To get the best out of your uploaded images:

  • Select photos that are taken in natural or bright light, or those which have used a flash. Avoid dark images.
  • Choose images with backgrounds that are not too busy to showcase the focal point better.
  • Avoid photos where the focal point, such as a face, is too close to the edge.
  • Review each image to ensure it is placed and cropped correctly to fit within the live area of the magnet, allowing for 2mm border which will wrap around the side of the magnet. If images are not cropped when order is submitted, cropping of the image will be at MagnePix-it's discretion - we will do our best to crop to best fit/focal point.
  • Review the orientation (landscape or portrait) for each rectangular image.
  • Select images with a high resolution as images will be clearer and sharper.
  • Choose photos with an image quality of at least 300 PPI.

How do I care for my magnets?

  • Keep them clean - wipe your magnets with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt regularly.
  • Do not immerse the magnets.
  • Store them carefully when not in use - store them away from high heats and avoid abrasive materials rubbing on the magnets surface, particularly during transport to reduce risk of scratches.

Can I use any image for my custom magnets?

You can upload images from your devices photo gallery or from social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram. We suggest using high resolution images for best results.

We advise against using copyrighted images without permission. Please ensure you have the right to use and reproduce any images uploaded for custom magnets.

Please note: MagnePix-it reserves the right to cancel any orders which contain images which may be deemed offensive - this can include pornographic or sexually explicit images or those with references to criminal activity.
